Terms of Service

Last updated: June 2026

These terms apply when you buy, subscribe to, trial or use Bellow services.

Bellow is a trading name of Bellow AI Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (Company Number 17261931). In these terms, "Bellow", "we", "us" and "our" refer to Bellow AI Ltd.

1. Services

Bellow provides AI-assisted front-of-house services for businesses, including AI phone receptionists, missed-call follow-up, email enquiry support, web chat, CRM logging, lead summaries, follow-up workflows and related setup or management services.

The exact services included depend on the package, pilot or proposal agreed with you.

2. Pilot and setup

Pilot projects may be used to test workflows before wider rollout. During pilots, customer-facing AI email replies are kept in human-review mode unless otherwise agreed.

Setup timelines depend on the information, access, booking links, call rules, FAQs and approvals provided by the customer.

3. AI limitations

Bellow uses third-party AI and telephony tools. AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete or misunderstood.

Bellow is designed to support enquiry capture and front-of-house workflows. It should not be used as a substitute for professional judgement, medical advice, legal advice, emergency services, safeguarding decisions, refund decisions or regulated advice.

Sensitive enquiries should be escalated to a human.

4. Customer responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate business information, call handling rules, escalation rules, pricing guidance, booking links, privacy notices, and any legally required disclosures to your own customers.

You must not use Bellow for illegal, abusive, misleading or harmful purposes.

5. Calls, recordings and data

Where calls are recorded, transcribed or handled by an AI receptionist, you are responsible for ensuring callers receive appropriate notice where required.

Bellow processes data in line with its Privacy Policy and any agreed data processing terms.

6. Third-party tools

Bellow may rely on third-party services such as telephony providers, AI providers, automation platforms, CRMs, email systems, calendars, messaging platforms and hosting providers. Availability of Bellow may depend on those services.

7. Subscription and fees

Plans are billed monthly in advance unless otherwise agreed. Setup fees are one-off and non-refundable once setup has begun.

Usage-based charges, extra numbers, additional integrations or custom work may be charged separately where agreed.

8. Cancellation

You can cancel a rolling monthly plan by emailing george@bellow.uk. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise agreed.

9. Availability

We aim to keep Bellow reliable, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Service may be affected by third-party outages, telephony issues, internet issues, AI provider issues, maintenance or customer configuration issues.

10. Liability

Bellow is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid by you for the affected service in the month the issue occurred.

We are not liable for lost profits, lost revenue, lost business, loss of goodwill, indirect losses, or losses caused by inaccurate information supplied to us.
